UHI Advantages
Uniform Heat - Each UHI element generates
evenly distributed heat output over its entire surface. Unlike
wire or foil heaters which have unheated spaces between hot
strips of metal, our elements provide full coverage and
even distribution over it's entire surface.
Infinitely Parallel Resistance - NOT
a series resistor, the UHI element can be cut or punctured
without appreciable loss of performance.
Low Temperature Coefficient - Energy
release from UHI elements is virtually independent of temperature.
Flexibility - UHI elements are completely
flexible and can be formed to a variety of contours and shapes.

Stability - Heat output from UHI
elements remains constant and uniform over the entire surface.
Reliability - Applied properly,
our elements will last for decades. Resistant to corrosion
and chemical attack, UHI elements contain no metallic resistors
and will not succumb to metal fatigue failure, the leading
cause of failure in foil heaters.
Safety - UHI elements are used
with various materials for safe operation up to 200°C
surface temperature. Elements contain both CSA and UL component
approvals with customers attaining product approval in Korea,
Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe.
